I lose a bet to a friend, and more, on this weeks episode of The Distracted Philosopher.
"I found this note recently of the 10 habits of highly effective people. They are excessive masturbation, self mutilation, taxidermy ... Wait ... Sorry, it's not a list of habits of highly effective people, it's just my CV." - The Distracted Philosopher
Sup? Regis here. How you doing? Because I lost a bet, today's show is going to be a bit different as it includes a guest — something I’ve never done before (as far as I remember, which is about 2 hours ago max) so bear with me (or bare with me, your choice).
I'm live in the studio, and my friend — yes I have friends, well a friend — is not live and not here. He’s alive, just not live in studio. He prerecorded his bit on less than stellar equipment, so I’ve had to modified his audio to make him sound less like a squirrel with his nuts caught in a bicycle tire and to try to remove the background hiss which is so bad I thought he was talking with snakes.
But since it’s prerecorded I get to do anything I want to it. I have preserved his entirely too long recording and interjected my feelings along the way.
Let’s see how this goes. Enjoy.
